840 Series Belt Cutter

| Make straighter cuts - time after time - with the lightweight, easy-to-use 840 Series aluminum belt cutter. Designed to enhance operator safety on belts up to 84" wide, the 840 Cutter grips belts securely. The chain-driven, double-edged safety blade is shielded from operator contact, and cuts rubber or PVC belts up to 1" thick. The blade can be driven from either end of the cutter and cuts in both directions. |

Alligator 300 Series Belt Cutter
| For belts of any width up to 1-1/8" thick, the Alligator 300 series belt cutter delivers clean, straight cuts quickly and safely. The double-edged blade cuts in either direction. An extra-long blade can also be special ordered for belts up to 1-9/16" thick. |

Flexco Belt Grips
| Pulling conveyor belting by hand is a lot easier with a Flexco Belt Grip. When the belt grip is slipped over the belt edge at a right angle, belts can be pulled without damaging the belt surfaces. Belt grips can be used on belts up to 5/8" thick and come in pairs. |

FSK Belt Skiver

| Portable, lightweight skiver adjusts easily and precisely to various cutting depths. It's easy to carry and operate around the job site - even in cramped operating environments. Use on rubber-covered belts with top covers of 3/16" or more. Provides skives from 1/16" to 3/8" deep in a single pass. Deeper skives can be achieved with multiple passes. Cutting depth is gauged from the bottom of the belt surface, so the FSK can be used on most worn belt surfaces. |

Flexco Belt Groover
| The belt groover makes it easy to cut a groove into the belt surface, permitting the leading edge of belt splices to "nest" at or below the belt surface, thereby reducing splice profile. Can also be used to cut a series of grooves to countersink entire splices. |

Deflector Belt Plows
Specially designed belt cleaners for the tail pulley, Deflector Belt Plows feature an exclusive, innovative blade design. The blade's 20º leading edge "spirals" debris off the inside of the belt. The remaining parts interlock, too, allowing one person to reposition or replace skirt rubber.
