A reattachable brass coupling for fuel oil, gasoline tank-truck and airport hose. This is a solid brass, forged two-piece coupling. They are precision engineered to give unusually long service life even under the most exacting operating conditions. There are no sharp edges to cut into the hose. The flat inner thread and the rounded edges of the stem and shell will not cut the hose. The tapered body and sleeve prevent single point strain during flexing.- Streamlined design - maximum strength with minimum bulk - shaped to lie flatter on a reel.
- When hose becomes worn, cut off and reapply the coupling farther down.
- Double grip gives leak-free, pressure-tight service. Hose is compressed on its full circumference in two places.
- Available in male or female types, both with octagonal nut slotted for spanner wrench to provide easy, quick coupling.
- Caution: Reattach the static wire, if required.
