Style RFH

Constructed of thermoplastic rubber and reinforced with a wire helix, RFH is the most versatile general purpose hose available today. No cements, solvents, chemicals, adhesives or glues are used in the manufacturing process of RFH. RFH has superior chemical resistance and is capable of handling fumes as tough as Methyl Ethyl Ketone, sulfuric acid or toluene. RFH can be manufactured in other colors. RFH can also be supplied with a color stripe. Please consult us as to minimums and prices for other lengths and non-standard diameters. |

Style UFD

Constructed of thermoplastic urethane and reinforced with a wire helix, UFD offers superior abrasion resistance. UFD is the answer for those who want a lightweight, flexible hose which can handle much abrasion. UFD can be used in numerous applications such as leaf loading, chip handling, dust collection, straw blowing, etc. The superior transparency of the UFD allows users to locate blockages. Consult us about non-standard diameters and lengths. Heavier or lighter versions are available for specific applications. Special colors are also available. |

Silicone Fiberglass Hose Style SF-1
|
A one ply silicone fiberglass hose with a helically wound chemically treated spring steel wire bonded to the interior surface of the hose. A fiberglass cord is wound over the outside between the wire coils. The hose is heat vulcanized for maximum adhesion and rubber-to-wire bond. Recommended for low pressure handling of air, dust or fumes. SF-1 is ideal for use in situations where minimum weight is a necessity. SF-1 is not recommended for liquids or abrasive materials. |

Silicone Fiberglass Hose Style SF-2
|
A two ply silicone fiberglass hose with a helically wound spring steel wire imbedded between the plies to insure maximum flexibility and minimum diameter restriction in sharp bend areas. The hose is wound with a fiberglass cord and heat vulcanized to provide greater strength and serviceability. Recommended for handling of air, dust, fumes and light powders. The inner ply provides a smooth interior for maximum flow and minimum friction loss. SF-2 is lightweight, non-kinking and simple to install. SF-2 is not recommended for handling liquids or abrasive materials. |

Blue Max Style 2CN
|
The industry standard for long term applications. Rugged, cost-effective hose for dust or fumes under low positive or negative pressures. Excellent tensile strength and crush resistance. Options available include one ply construction (1CN) for temporary service or lighter applications. Please consult us for availability of non-standard ID's and lengths. Cuffed ends and additional coatings are also available. |

Exono-Max Style 1PV-WO
|
1PV-WO is an economical, lightweight and highly flexible hose. It meets the flame retardant spec UL94VTM-O. It has good resistance to ozone, UV rays and mildew. It is impervious to leakage from most oils, water, chemicals and grease. This is the most cost effective hose for lightweight applications. Options available include non-standard ID's and lengths. This hose is also available with cuffed ends. While this hose features a wear strip for external abrasion, it is available without this strip (1PV). |

| 4" To 20" ID Hose Latch Loc Couplers, made from 16 gauge, galvanized steel, provide a positive lock that won't work loose in ordinary use. Easily attached on site with any standard banding or clamp. They are reusable. |
4" To 20" ID Hose Bridge clamps are preformed to bridge a helical wire, providing a secure fit without leakage for non-cuffed hoses. (Standard screw clamps are also available.) | 4" To 18" ID Hose In 304 stainless steel or galvanized, Slip Loc Couplers provide a quick, convenient means of coupling hose on site when banded with screw clamps.
